Helped me land my first home that had multiple offers. Did a great job. As a first time home buyer had a a lot of questions and Tim was there to answer them all. He showed me multiple homes and helped me find the perfect one.

I met Tim at an open house when I was just starting to look at moving to a new location. He offered advice on selling my house, as at the time, I did not have a realtor. After speaking to him more in depth, I decided to let him sell my house. The entire process went smoothly, especially for this being the first time I've gone through it.
